Hops Analysis: Alpha and Beta Acid content - Just $24 per sample

We are introducing a new High Performace Liquid Chromatographic analysis of whole leaf or pellet hops for:

Alpha Acid % (cohumulone and adhumulone + humulone)

Beta Acid % (colupulone and lupulone)

Cohumulone % of the total Alpha Acid %

At minimum, the Alpha Acid content is needed to use hops for bittering beer. The Beta acid content is especially useful for determining how the beer will age.

As an introductory offer, we will analyze your hops for $24 per sample with payment through PayPal or with a check or money order.

Send 1-oz of whole leaf or pellet hops and a check or money order for $24 for each sample submitted. We also accept PayPal. When using PayPal, submit your PayPal account email address. We will send a PayPal request for payment when we receive the sample. Turn-around time is currently ~7 days from receipt of the sample and payment. Please provide your email address so we can promptly communicate your results.
